The Short Version

• We use your information to check job fits and help your job search. That’s it.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

What We Collect

• Account: your name and email address.
• Your resume: the resume you upload and the facts we read from it (jobs, education, skills, licenses).
• What you need: your answers about pay, schedule, work you want, work conditions, growth and hard no’s.
• Jobs you check: job links, job text you paste or upload, your fit results and application stages.
• Practice and ALIN: your practice scores and the messages you send to ALIN.
• Settings on your device: things like light or dark look and text size, saved in your browser.

How We Use It

• To compare jobs with your background and needs, and show your Job fit and Life fit.
• To power ALIN’s help: explaining job posts, writing resumes and cover letters from your real background, coaching practice, and finding jobs.
• To keep your account secure and the app working.
• To improve ALINMNT™. When we study how the app is used, we look at patterns, not at you personally.

Who Helps Us Run the App

We use a few trusted service providers. They only process your information to provide their service to us:

• Supabase stores your account and data securely.
• Anthropic provides the AI that powers ALIN. Job text and the parts of your profile needed for a task are sent to it to get an answer.
• Netlify hosts the website.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our citizens.

The Hired Wall and Practice Duels

• Adding your win to the Hired wall is your choice. Only the company name and logo show, never your name. You can remove it any time.
• Practice Duel links include the first name you type and your score, so share them only with people you choose.

Your Choices

• You can see and change your resume facts and answers in your profile at any time.
• To delete your account and data, email info@sciencefits.com from the email on your account.
• Your browser settings can clear the settings saved on your device.

Security

We use secure connections and access controls so only you can see your data. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Age

ALINMNT™ is made for people 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
